A host of wild birds visit our extensive terraced gardens where there are elevated view points and quiet corners in which to sit.
The cottages and gardens are equipped with barbeques and garden furniture and face south, getting the best of the sunshine all day long.
Each of the cottages is individual in character and maintains its own privacy but together they make an ideal base for a larger party or group of families and the dining area in Abbots Abode is large enough for everyone to relax over a meal together.
Each cottage has the use of a separate fully-equipped laundry. Cots, high chairs and stair gates can be supplied to ensure young children can enjoy their stay in comfort and safety. All cottages have central heating.

Abbot's Abode
Abbots Abode sleeps 4 + 2 children and is the largest of the Monks Retreat cottages.

Monk's Memories sleeps 2. It is single storey having a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and shower over. Being all on the ground floor, the cottage is suitable for people of limited mobility.
